Chef Valerie Kong founded Urban Loaf Factory in 2018 to serve the community with her very unique version of sourdough bread that has a characteristic thin, crispy crust and a soft crumb. Her sourdough is also known to be less tangy and choke-ful of ingredients. All these characteristics make her brand of sourdough very popular for families with young children and elderly.

In this class, we will be learning her two of her signature best selling breads.

Menu

1. Banana Chocolate Sourdough 

This was the best seller in Urban Loaf Factory, made with Valrhona cocoa powder, 55% les pearls and Elle & Vire French butter. Absolutely chocolate-y, soft and aromatic, you can easily devour the whole loaf!

2. Spinach Cheese Sourdough

Made with the winning combination of fresh spinach and melted cheese, this is another bestseller in Urban Loaf Factory that hits all the right savory notes.

Type

    Hands-on for all the items. Videos and photos snippets will be sent via WhatApp. Recipes will be emailed ahead for ZOOM participants. 

    Take Home Items

    Onsite participants will bring home 2 breads to bake. ZOOM participants WITH bread samples can opt for self-collection or delivery at no extra cost.
