Co-founder and pastry chef of Kki Sweets, Kenneth Seah is back with a collection of classic Japanese cakes. These are classic recipes that you can turn to for any occasion. Using easy to find ingredients and a few very specific key techniques, you can be confident to have a successful bake each time. 

Menu  

1. Soufflé Cheesecake

Japanese soufflé cheesecake is an evergreen favourite with its signature light and fluffy delicate airy texture. Using only a few ingredients including premium cream cheese, with no rising agents, this moist and tender cake is a fabulous daily dessert that both the young and old will love.

2. Chocolate Terrine

Chocolate Terrine is made with good quality chocolate, eggs and butter. This gluten-free dessert is perfect for chocolate lovers looking for a luxurious indulgent treat with a smooth and creamy texture. It can be eaten warm, at room temperature or chilled, making it a really convenient cake to share at parties.

3. Lemon Mini Cakes

A delightful soft citrusy cake filled with candied lemons, diced almonds. Made in small mini cake sizes, this is a perfect tea cake to serve or to gift.
